Consolidated Application Services

JPS Solutions has helped school districts and charter schools obtain millions of dollars in Title I grants and other entitlement funding. We have worked with more than 50 school districts and charter schools across New York State and Connecticut to prepare successful entitlement grant applications and the required plans, policies and documentation. We have also helped school districts and charter schools increase their flexibility in spending Title I funds by facilitating a School-wide Planning Process.

Our services are designed to support school districts and charter schools in the burdensome, labor-intensive and time-consuming process of completing entitlement grant applications and to maximize entitlement grant funding. Our Consolidated Application Services include:

  • Preparing Consolidated Applications for entitlement funds, in collaboration with school districts and charter schools

  • In states that do not use Consolidated Applications, preparing applications, forms and other required documents to secure entitlement grant funds

  • Reviewing district and charter school readiness to meet the requirements of the Consolidated Application

  • Facilitating data collection and districtwide/schoolwide collaboration in developing Consolidated Applications

  • Engaging school districts and charter schools in collaborative planning to convert their Title I programs from “Targeted” to “School-wide”
